Coming home

The last couple of weeks I spent exploring Melbourne with some of my best friends. I attended the amazing and heavy Unify festival, with the bible burning metal lords Thy Art Is Murder as my highlight. I don't have a single bad thing to say about Unify, its everything I wanted in a festival and more so.

I also managed to go to some gigs while in town. Including a Every Time I Die and Letlive headline show, with Counterparts. I was beyond stoked to see ETID, and even managed to be part of the crowd that stage rushed the stage, pure rock'n'roll shit! Knocked Loose was another highlight of the trip, so much energy, violence, and anger! It wasn't all aggression though, I happily got to feel like a 14year old again by watching The Living End (with the bloody Bennies) at the Australian Open. For my primary school gradation song we all sang our version of Prisoner Of Primary, I don't think Ill ever forget the words.

I spent a few fays out of town around the beautiful Dandenong ranges, my biggest regret of the whole trip was not having my camera with me. It will be the last time I mistake. The atmosphere and views are absolutely stunning.

This is my first piece I made since being back home in Darwin. Keep tuned, more to come!
